I just did one for my first session and it’s way lower than expected. Previously tested around 270 and this came back at 170. Now I’m expecting lower than 270 but it doesn’t feel right.
I was in ERG mode, it felt like maybe I was going too hard but it was showing as holding the target...
So I’m hoping a retest is due but what configuration should I go for.
I’m using trainer road but have Wahoo head unit and kickr
170? Unless you're a 30kg child I guess your turbo wasn't calibrated.
If you ride with power it should be pretty obvious if it's showing correct wattages.
