I’ve restarted TR after a longish break and it’s brutal. So bloody tired. I’m really hoping it’s just the first month and then things will ease.

Are you doing one of their plans? I normally start them and then realise that they want 4-5 days on a turbo. LOLocopter. The weather isn't that bad!
