I'm seeing them for £3000 on google with sram brakes rather than XTR and race face small components, unless I'm missing something. I don't know a huge amount about MTB.

From reading about this frame it appears that this is Reynolds 853 and looks rather nice for a modern steel frame.
Don't know anything about Waterford but they seem highly regarded in reviews.

Its got ritchey dropouts and that massive gussett. Should be built with 1x9, moto bars and gum walls then would be a great street bike
