Gah, unlucky. Could all fall through for them though, ask the estate agents to let you know and keep checking Rightmove for when they invariably forget.

Done that - not feeling hopeful though.

Wife is pretty upset about it - i think we both got way ahead of ourselves in planning to live there.

Ah that sucks. Is it a common kind of house in the area? You might find that neighbours start putting things on the market now one has gone.
