I'm bored, so here's a thread for arguing about entirely subjective lists of top 5 anything:

Puddings

(in no particular order)
1. Rhubarb Crumble
2. Creme Brûlée
3. Tarte Tatin
4. Pavlova
5. Pot au chocolat

Next you'll be telling me you like it with custard and not ice cream....

Apple crumble is a British culinary icon, but I already have apples in my list in the tarte tatin.

I could go either way on custard or ice cream, sometimes a bit of each.
