The mid rise bar will fit, but it depends what you want out of the change!
I have some spare shifter pods, but not black levers! Saving them for my project bike!

I just want some black bars that'll work with my setup really... Can't get them over here... I'll put them in my cart with the headset and see what the shipping looks like...
I'll probably get the levers swapped over when I'm next in the UK, I almost did it a couple of years back and I'm kinda kicking myself for not doing it tbh...

Ace, I'll grab one of those assuming the postage to Oz isn't crippling, will I save on the VAT? Also... Are Joseph Kuosac M-type bars suitable for older Bromptons?
