It depends on what you think of the idea of their being 'value' in a cycling team beyond winning - in being popular on social media, in being liked, in having 'personalities' on board. It may be making virtue of a necessity with EF but Vaughters might also be on to something. Then again, Rapha are involved so it's probably bullshit.
