You can quite easily find 12mm -> QR or 15mm -> QR converters

It’s likely that if the end caps are actually 15mm -> 12mm converters at the moment, they’ll pull off and you’ll want to look for 15mm -> QR end caps if they do do them.

Solid wheels and good advice.
I’m now trying to find the front thru axle to QR end caps (bloody rare)!
Will have to crowdsource the search...
