Had an offer on our flat - they’ve gone up to 96% of asking. Their budget is well over what our asking price is.

Hold on for a bit more or bite their hand off?

Think we are going to.

Then we have to decide whether to buy immediately , rent for 6 months to a year or live with the in-laws for a few months.
