Anyone had problems with slugs getting into their house? I find their silvery trails over the floor in the morning but I never catch them, which is ridiculous given how slow they are. I've also not really got any idea how they're getting in. Don't want to put slug pellets about as really keen not to poison my small infant.
Also, is there a general consensus on how to stop cats shitting in your garden?
On slugs, I've found a lot of trails might only be a few individuals. Wake up at 4am and go hunting, if you kill two or three of them, that might do it.
