‘Neil Orrell’ frameset. V small... think it’s got a 53cm top tube, and 49cm seat tube but need to check. collection from W1f 9nw
Nasty paint, nice lugs. Takes cantilevers.
Needs paint removed (imo!) and has a stuck seatpost. I’d take it to Winston Vaz and get everything sorted but I just don’t have time or funds at the mo.
