    I work for one of those (130,000 staff worldwide), the head of HR here said that if you don't have a visa they won't even accept application let alone give you an interview.

    dont have a visa = not be a british citizen or dependant of someone who is sponsored by an employer i.e. they won't sponsor a visa for anyone which is bonkers when you think about the size of the organisation

    Absolutely, I have done it for a really small employer (for me) who didnt have any HR, its an utter ball ache and a big expense but thats British bureaucracy.

    Whats bonkers is that this will be happening to EU citizens now which I thought would never happen given the amount of people working in the UK, good revenue growth for the Home Office.
