    If push comes to shove they'll sort something for me (big international company so they have the knowledge/offices outside the UK) but really, well done people.

    I work for one of those (130,000 staff worldwide), the head of HR here said that if you don't have a visa they won't even accept application let alone give you an interview.

    dont have a visa = not be a british citizen or dependant of someone who is sponsored by an employer i.e. they won't sponsor a visa for anyone which is bonkers when you think about the size of the organisation
