Trek had already told Bob Varney they wouldn’t be renewing, due to setting up their own team (with some of the riders from Trek-Drops).
This news is about a new co-sponsor pulling out after they’d agreed to support the team next season.
Sky won’t touch it, they’ve made it crystal clear that they have zero interest in supporting the women’s side of the sport.
