It was turned into a Jackson Pollock.
Paint rained on it from a great height, every external surface has been affected.
Except it wasn't paint, it's a substance used to treat concrete to protect it for 25 years. So it's pretty permanent and a jet wash removed nothing. Roof, doors, lights, mirrors, trim, glass, wheels, wipers, sensors, panels, grill, bonnet and boot... Everything.
Cost of repair is so high that it's a write-off. The car is fundamentally sound and has not been involved in any collision, it's just decided to be modern art.
Insurance are just going to replace it with another new one.
The Volvo is written off! Long live the Volvo!
Reckon I should pick a different colour this time? Should be a fairly straight replacement, another S90 T8 Inscription Pro.
And if anyone is interested in my car it will be on copart in a month or so I think.
