Who knows, he said it was a Rainbow (I had to ask) and that it belonged to his father and that he felt uncomfortable wearing it in London. No shit. I did stare at it for a good hour, the bezel was amazing, the diamonds on the lugs a bit OTT.
I wish he was a nicer bloke, I’ll try to get a pic if he ever wears it again.
Had a great chat with a guy from Kazakhstan wearing a Bregeut, he said it was new because his last one got stolen off his wrist in Spain. What a pay day for that thief. -

£56K according to GQ. I just added it up and there was £1 million worth of watches over two days. But that was mainly down to a Richard Mille RM69 Tourbillion Erotic that was £692K.
And it was not to my taste.

I'd rather just draw a cock and balls on the front of one of my existing watches, thanks.

I have a long sleeved t shirt under my work shirt today, and for reasons I've decided to wear my watch over the t shirt.
It's a horrific look and no one is commenting. I think people may think it's a new style. -
• #30994
Wait til next week and see how many have adopted it.
Then move onto a new style.

Anyone picked up the Everest from Timefactors?
-
• #30996
Not in that size.
-
• #30997
I reckon the 41m will be the one to have. The 36mm is just going to be too fat unless it reduces its thickness
-
• #30998
The 36mm is 3mm slimmer at 11mm thickness.
For ref., Rolex 1016 thickness is 11.7mm.
-
• #30999
Oh, that makes a difference then.

Oh, and apparently Eddie at Timefactors has re-measured the larger case size and he reckons its 40mm now, not 41mm.
I have seen quite a few sapphire and diamond versions in boutiques, but not a single rainbow. So anecdotally, I wager they were very limited.
I know that Ellen Degeneres was offered one by Rolex. I assume that this means that they were mostly invitation only also.
