I have two wheelsets for my bike, was not sure whether to bring 700x28c road or 650x48b gravel one, but with so many gravel roads the answer is simple :)
Your setup (lugagge) looks almost same as mine, how did you pack up? Tent and sleeping bag in handlebar bag, clothes in seatbag?Do you have a map with your route or tracks from Strava etc?

this map is pretty good for general overview. The campsites on it have everything but you pay (or are meant to - i never did and it didn't seem anyone really cared). The picnic sites marked on it are perfect for an over night camp. (camping in cyprus seems to mean full on permanent caravan thing so noone cares about a guy in a tent).

Otherwise on the roads the yellow on that map are unsurfaced which in the troodos is true. out towards the west bit they may have recently tarmaced. but in the mountains it is still rough. here is some pics of road on akamas peninsular.
