  • They don’t make things easy, don’t they. After months of communicating with them, I am still none the wiser but at least I should, with a bit of luck, get a bloody 165mm cranks... or maybe this time it’s be a 175mm, who knows? (They sent me a 170mm despite my order was for a 165mm)

I have told them the ring I want to use as they do none I want and asked them what spider they used to test to come back with a 47.5mm chainline when Ted asked them to few weeks back, so I’ll go with whatever spider that is... then I’ll bring it to my LBS then we’ll find out it’s all wrong again then by this time next year, I’d still have no bike and a box full of Middleburn parts that they don’t want back but no use to me, then I’d open a middleburn BNIB shop to sell those stuff just to keep me sane...

    The merry goes round continues...

(Sorry I am in a bit of a funny mood this evening... )

I’ll let you know if I manage to get a straightforward answer from them...

How is that a difficult thing to achieve? Just get any of the Shimano or SRAM road double cranks which come in 165mm and use the outer ring position.
