  • 8k to fit a bathroom inc building a dividing stud wall and underfloor heating, bit much no? Thats not including any bathroom suite.

  • What parts are included?

How much of that is labour and if two people are working on it what’s their day rate?

  • It's pretty much no parts included, except simple lights and underfloor heating... I would supply tiles and suite, its a pretty extensive breakdown which only has a couple of ambiguous costs here and there, day rates are not listed as I guess they vary between trades.

My in laws had a simple bathroom done and it went up to 15k but thats because they just went with the local big fitter who obv back on lots of extra costs but they were happy to pay as they are elderly and don't want the hassle of project management.

It's prob a very fair quote, its just a fair bit of money and I'm usually pretty tight.
