  • 8k to fit a bathroom inc building a dividing stud wall and underfloor heating, bit much no? Thats not including any bathroom suite.

  • Depends on the size of the bathroom, work required etc.

Ours was £12k and included the following:

    1. Full rip out, new subfloor (and insulation), new ceiling (and insulation), new stud wall (and insulation) & replaster
    2. New plumbing for shower, basin, toilet & washing machine
    3. New shower unit, shower enclosure, shower panels, vanity unit, tap, mirror, toilet, towel rail, extractor fan & window sills
    4. New subfloor (and insulation) & replaster in downstairs hall
    5. New floor (Karndean vinyl) in bathroom and downstairs hall
  • Cheers for the sense check.

Maybe not miles off then, but this is without any sanitary gubbins - toilet, tiles, shower, anything, which adds another 5k or so. Maybe more. Defo more.

Pretty sure my last one was near half that price but it was a simpler and less spenny job.
