8k to fit a bathroom inc building a dividing stud wall and underfloor heating, bit much no? Thats not including any bathroom suite.

ouch, this is exactly is our top priority when we move in, we were told we can stick improvements on the mortgage though

Thats what we are doing too, but you can defo get a less spenny bathroom... this is a push the boat out affair.
