What are "remjet smears"?

Gorgeous colours in the second one, love it..

I'm pretty sure it was Portra - but looking at it now, could definitely be Ektar. But also, filmdev, so who knows.

Remjet smears - just big streaky bits on all the frames from Cinestill not removing the remjet fully. Like below:

Ah, now I see. I was unter the impression that was dirt on my screen.
