You said on Instagram you're practicing TIG welding so you can make an MTB frame, is that because brazed joints aren't strong enough?
Bars are awesome.

No. I just don't have time for all the filing required :)

Gas Pipe Bars (TM)
Looks awesome! -

It is an Ercolina.
But it is not doing a super great job on the T45 steel I am using. -

I picked up the GT. Soo sad. I would not have gone through with this if I had bead blasted prior to starting the the fix. That's a lesson learned.

Yeah I think this is now a mantle piece for my future dream workshop.
I am debating whether I am TIG welding or brazing the MTB.
I want to TIG it. Porosity in my brazing is making me sad. I believe it is because of the propane. Possibly combined with my flux getting trapped. All I know is my set up back in Denmark with acetylene didn't give this kind of porous fillets. I have definitely improved my brazing skills over the years so it must be the setup.
On the other hand there is definitely a risk that my first MTB won't be this if I TIG it. I haven't got enough experience to say I definitely won't fuxk it up :) -

Here you got a Hulsroy Harley instead...
Front rotor is almost touching fork leg so I need a different rotor adapter.

Bars and saddle look a bit big in the photos.
I'll take some proper photos when it is build. It looks more harmonic in real life.
