I have had this old felt dispatch for years. It started out as a road fixed but was then given the worst paint job (sadly no photos) I could do and some flat bars to make it a good town hack and I used to practice trials riding on it, yes really. Couple years in I’ve given it a freshen up and it’s so nice to ride. Walnut on a black Thomson post to complete

What do you think about my frankenbike/dadcycle? I've invested a total of around 15$ on it, not including the 1/2 dollar for the isolation tape that is responsible for the black parts on the frame, or the child seat that was a gift.

The stem is indeed a sakae Beam or split or whatever, would be super cool on something with cantis because the housing stop is cut into the gap.

This bike only weighs 3lbs less than my steel hardtail which is something.

Yes, I’m case of emergency brake the dog in front won’t be hurt.
