I'll dig out the Damson chutney recipe I used. Key ingredient: freshly ground Allspice. I found some whole corns(?) in Southall. Some remain. PM for some by post.

I think these are three cornered leeks? Lots in the hedgerows round here. Anyone got a pickling / preserving recipe?
