Always liked the SIGG stuff though for this purpose it's not suited -
I might be a coffee addict but drinking straight out of a bottle is a bit much, haha.
Also coffee places won't be able to fit this unter their machine.Rivers Wallmugs take away cups look nice,
not a fan of drinking coffee out of plastic things though, also would prefer it to be just 200ml-ish.Seems like the Kleen Kanteen tumblr is the best option for me so far.
Not enthusiastic about the design to be honest but form follows function I guess.. -
Sigg 300ml insulated flask is very nice to drink from
I assume you have the regular (not the "ONE") version -
do you drink from it with the plastic top / tea-thing in place, or do you remove this? Can one permanently remove the plastic top / tea-thing, and still be able to tightly close the bottle?
While on the topic of takeaway coffee -
are these kleen kanteen "insulated tumblers" the best reusable things that keep you coffee hot a bit?
What I want is to get a regular coffee / americano - and take that with me on the train, or just around the block, I don't need to throw it in my bag or commute half an hour with it until I drink it.
So the "insulated" part is not really that necessary, though I like it when the last sip of my coffee is still hot instead of lukewarm.
Neither does it need to be 100% spill-proof, though it might be nice to have it on occasion (I will take whatever lid off for drinking though as I hate drinking coffee through lids with holes in them).
Anyways, I gathered from this thread that those are quite good, and that the "2.0"-lid is better than the old one - any other recommendations for a re-usable takeaway cup?
Thanks!
