Completion question:
We exchanged a while ago with an agreement that we would complete at the end of November or earlier by mutual consent. They now want to complete in early Nov, while I am abroad. My question - do i legally have to be present to complete? (I don't intend on bringing the date forward but it would be easier if I can use this argument)
