There's about 6 million TV shows in the UK that tell you how to sell your house so I couldn't imagine paying some twat to tell me the same tosh. Also, I bought my first house a year ago and I don't plan on moving for a looooong time but maybe in ten years I'll be removing all my doors and making every room lived in yet uncluttered!

Is this not a thing in the UK? Standard stuff here in Swedenland apparently. Have never sold a house before, am dumbfounded by all the shit involved.
