Yeah I've just realised I was being an idiot, as usual. I was thinking that if it's an espresso or filter you're timing or weighing, but if it's milk based, how are you going to know how much milk if it's too big, but obviously people who make a cortardo or piccolo are regularly doing that so it's not really a big deal. It's ignorance on my part because I don't really have any knowledge of barista technique!
Pro baristas, how do these re-usable cups work if you rock up with the one the wrong size for your drink choice?
