Will the scuffs 'polish out' or are they in fact gouges?

Theres 2 dents on the corner of one, everything else is just the black paint scratched off. My plan was to reveneer in something exotic but ive got some clean Rogers Ls3's so these will never get done

As I recall these require a lot of current to drive cleanly?
