Total techno noob here,
Recently I stumbled upon the music of Boris Brejcha through this video,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Wa_CwRK9I4&t=890s
I've been listening to Boris on spotify since, find it especially suited for on my bluetooth speaker while commuting but now I'd like to find some more of this kind of music to listen to.
I've tried spotify searches for 'spooky techno@ 'dark techno' and suchlike and based upon the title of the video, 'minimal techno'.
The stuff that comes up for 'minimal techno' is definitely too minimal, I like the Boris Brejcha tracks that have a bit more going on, some lyrical content is good too.
There's a playlist on spotify called deep progressive techno chill that I like some of, Aspen by ATTLAS, Rock to the Beat by Beat by Kevin Saunderson...but there's also a lot that's too repetitive on that playlist
Anyone got any suggestions of other stuff for me to listen too?

Cheers, had a wee listen just there, skipping through to random parts and like what I heard of both.
Will give them a better listen on Sunday riding to/from work.

You might like some of the Suara Podcats.

Or Bodzin for more atmospheric stuff:

I normally listen to bangin' shit but this is one of my fave "chilled" sets (might not be moody enough for you):

Or Bodzin
Ha, I was about to suggest that, but thought compared to Brejcha it's too melodic and "ravy".
Fucking LOVE that set, it's one of the best Boiler Room gigs I know of..

You're welcome. Have fun!

Yeah, I saw that and then went "who is this guy?", did a quick google and saw he was playing in Utrecht that same weekend so we just booked it and headed over. Loved it.
I still listen to 90s happy hardcore so there's always going to be a rave tip. Then again I do also have a 90min cassette of noisecore from Nasenbluten.

Oh, I smash loads of D-Nox & Beckers sets at work too. Again probably more ravey than chilled but whatever. https://soundcloud.com/d-nox_beckers/d-nox-at-kubik-curitiba-dj-mix
