What's MECA-Q? Some kind of mechanical/quartz hybrid?

Yeah, is something to do with the watch movement being battery powered but the chronograph being mechanical (but still powered by the quartz movement)
All marketing bullshit, I'm sure

It's a tuning fork watch, tuning fork vibrates at 300hz regulating the watch. When it's powered up you can hear a faint ring coming from the movement, like have a mosquito in there, but not an annoying one.
