Examined the Campagnolo hubs and think my initial identification of them as Super Record was incorrect and I based it on the flat Q/R which came with the SR hubs.
Magnet on the axle shows that they are not Ti.(Header and velobase link changed accordingly)So they are Record hubs with SR Q/R.
The rear hub could do with a service as it's a bit sticky /sluggish.

Suntour superbe.
Rear hub sticker is falling off.
They spin very nicely. The drive side end of the Q/R are slightly tarnished.
I cannot see any markings for the threading and will try and locate a freewheel to check the thread.

I can confirm that the rear hub is a English thread. I found an old Atom freewheel which fits. -
