Flat & fast or scenic?
Either really. I've only done one marathon event (London) but been doing plenty of long runs this year so kinda looking to do some long speed work over the winter and aim for a PB but also I like just running in nice/interesting places. For some reason I discounted Manchester when everyone was talking about it a while ago... will reconsider. White Peak looks fun too!
Have to balance racing with growing young family and E24 is the main goal for the summer so not sure how many events I'll get away with...

Scenic perhaps the White Peak Marathon (last few miles down railway inclines Middleton Top -> Cromford)
