OK. So i completed the Amsterdam marathon last weekend and i pretty much went out way too fast (half marathon in 1.44) and blew up at 30km. Limped home over 4 hours. I was hoping for 3.30-3.40. I now realize 3.30 was out of reach but i hope with better pacing i can get 3.45 or 3.40.
So i`ve signed up to Rotterdam in April.
I had put together a training plan based on a few things i read for Amsterdam but i would like to get a "proper" one. Anyone have any recommendations?
