Twice in a row? Frankly I would assume the company is about to go under, and arguing about contract amendment isn't worth the time.

Dont do what I did and wait till the company goes bust, owing me a months pay, plus holidays and severance on the day before pay day.

When are they due normally?
There are regulations about this, and your employment contract will specify when pay day is.
Any changes need to be agreed by you as it is a contractual amendment.
