  • Regards crappy Energy people. I've had a right to-do with Spark after the sale of my stupid flat. Cut a long story short, after they finally agreed to remove £80 worth of charges on a £20 bill for an empty flat, they just sent me a final statement and the balance is over £2000.

    Haha. Aah. It's clearly wrong and meant for someone else.

  • Sparks are a bunch of crooks, and from what I gather they are only used as an energy provider when a new rental tenant doesn't read the small print of their tenancy agreement.

    Letting agencies set up deals with Sparks to tie them into new tenancy contracts as being the default energy provider unless stated otherwise within 6 weeks of move in date. The agency gets a kick back referral fee from from Sparks, and the new tenant gets very unfavourable rates.
