I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

I think he's explaining the difference between white labelling and their production process, because your previous post seemed to infer that Rapha white label everything, in response to userblahblah's post, where userblahblah suspected Rapha of simply white labelling someone else's gear.

What do you mean by 'make'?
Like most designer brands, there's a dedicated design process involving research and development, fabric and suppliers are sourced, then production is processed by factories.
So if you mean they don't sew the garments in the office, then no they don't.
