But yeah, it's an intriguing frame. If it wasn't for the seat stays, I'd have said it's a frame with Len's lugs built possibly by Ron Cooper or whoever, someone good.
But I am not sure others made curly stays a part from Hetchins?It's also interesting that it has those CB lugs (surely made by Len I think).

when I bought and owned the frame a couple of years ago from the seller at a well known cycle event that’s what I was told by him
I went to colortech where he last worked before passing and the guy there thought it could’ve been(didn’t confirm)as Ron has done this in the past to frames
So hence my mentions in the listing.
