Shipping won't be a problem. Shipping costs for the UK would be 17 pounds.
The saddle height in the images is approximately 76cm by the way
@Nially No repairs that I know off (I'm not the first owner) and none that I can spot. Frame feels solid to me but if you don't trust this type of frame construction I would avoid getting one :)
