To be fair it's the same photo, just cropped.
The philosophical question is: is it still the same photo then? What if I mirror it, or invert the colours? Or use the same pixels, but just rearrange them? What if I take a picture of the photo and post it? Did I take my medicine this morning? All valid questions.
