I Hate Tattoos on York Way is my regular studio, but only because 90% of my work is by Alice of the Dead.
They're all bonkers and lovely in there, and while not a 'High Profile' studio, the work is always quality and they're always up for walk ins, highly recommended.

That sounds like it's worse than just not liking the music! If I heard an artist making those sort of comments etc I definitely wouldn't return, I wouldn't want someone like that to have my money.

They have copies of TTTISM issue three in Berwick Street newsagents.

Anyone recommend somewhere likely to do a walk-in tomorrow in East London for something small?
Just want a wooden chipfork actual size basically. Got a day off tomorrow so thought a ride and a random filler tat would be a good way to spend it. -

Looking to get a sugar skull on my shoulder but can't work out if I want it just black and grey or colour, what do people think, my others are all black.
-
• #11511
Probably all black! I have 1 colour tattoo and the rest are black. In hindsight I'd much rather it was black.

Iโm having a dash of colour on my all black arm for my next piece. Hopefully I wonโt regret it but itโll make sense.
In other news just sat waiting to get done by https://www.studio69tattoo-piercing.co.uk/nico
Edit- just got back from my appointment. Cool guy, good work. Pics when I change the cling film.
Will be going back to him for something else soon. -

Couple more small things done today by @shan_zooz in Portsmouth. Gotta love a holiday tat!
The grappling hook was one I saw while bumbling around HMS Warrior and the little anchor is because seaside hols...
Considering sheโs still an apprentice her work and attitude was awesome and sheโs a real joy to be around. Canโt recommend her highly enough.

I got this yesterday. Done by a friend who's still an apprentice, @xlolabee on Instagram. She's doing some good work!

Bit random, by any recommendations for walk-ins in Athens?

Got a little souvenir on holiday. Super pleased with it. Not had any work done in ages and it was nice just to get a little one shot piece.
I wish I wanted more like this but everything else I've got in mind are big painful projects like both knees and both feet and ribs. Ugh

Anyone got any recommendations for someone to do a small, but detailed, version of this (one on the left)

Thanks, the guy was really sound too. Whipped this up for me overnight from a few references including his own work. He also does some really cool traditionalishstuff with a twist.

I am not judging, but why?
Also, my standard recommend for black lines that are straight would be Chris Hewish out of Family Business on Exmouth Market (last I was aware)
Not got any myself but my sister has a few from him. -

I had a technical drawing tattoo done by Dariusz Jujka while he was still at New Wave. Not his usual style at all but he absolutely smashed it.

Coz it's a fine choice of whip!
Thanks for those, I'll check then out
