Battered tipper truck driver tooting people to get out of the way before bowling through ped crossings on Southwark Bridge Road this morning. Didn't manage to stop at the red lights on the other side of Southwark Bridge either and nearly took out a lady cyclist. Getting Roadsafed tonight fwiw.
