Not sure if this should here or rant thread etc...I had hoped to buy an Explorer i for my 30th birthday, ejay had even kindly put one aside in the Windsor shop for me to buy. Unfortunately I bought a loose diamond on the saleroom, which turns out had a fraudulent certification and so have been going through a process of getting a refund (still not complete) and have since had to re-buy a replacement stone, coupled with having to help out a couple of family members with stuff.
Appreciate that is a super first world problem post, I had been really looking forward to that watch. But I've found this thread has relaxed me and made me realise that these things are worth the wait and will last a lifetime.
Sorry to hear mate and probably to late to help but loose diamonds are the things we specialise in . We are really good at the watch thing , but fucking outrageously good at diamond jewellery, if I can help at all even just for advice message me.
Ah cheers buddy - the upside is that a friend has helped me put together an awesome piece, just cost me more than planned! I’ll be back in touch about an Explorer as soon as possible, it will be mine! 😄
