Sakae ‘beam’ stem I think? Got one in the parts bin.. looks good :)

Holy late response
The stem is indeed a sakae Beam or split or whatever, would be super cool on something with cantis because the housing stop is cut into the gap.
This bike only weighs 3lbs less than my steel hardtail which is something.
