As an override or as the next step in Action Man's pegging journey? Looks ideal for the latter what with the little hand holds.
Otherwise, can't you just prod something through the magic hole (ahem) to do the same job as the plunger? Maybe best to use something insulating... -
Find someone with a 3d printer?
Use a machine screw? (m6 20mm I think?)
edit - maybe not a screw unless you find a plastic one

I'm after a plastic plunger relay manual override button thingy. The actionman sized red buttplug in the pictured.
Despite my best googling I can't find where to buy one, or something to buy to then canablalise.
Could one of these work?
