Mobile will struggle with that , needs to be ready shaped, depends how much you can access the inside of that panel (they are often double skinned) to nead it back to flat. Worst bit is right at the bottom of the metal panel gap, nasty little crease in it.
With some heat, some quality primer , bit of dolphin glaze and some paint youd get that 90-95% perfect for around £200-300 (more if London).
Won't last forever, maybe 3-5 years and it'll probably blister as the coating on the panel is damaged.

Any ballpark suggestions of cost on this? Astra VXR if that makes much difference.
Would a mobile mechanic be likely to be able to make good, or would it need taking to a garage.
