Hi! A very respected gentleman that I happen to know has recently acquired a pretty unique and vintage bike. He supposes it's been build around 1910-1913, probably in France. We had a nice chat over the bike and it looks really great. Also in great condition. The nameplate states "Gramophones et Cycles L. Pamier Machines a coudre et Armes". Seat stays and chain stays are D shaped and seat stays are connected with the seat tube by a round tube. Leather Perfector saddle is also in really good condition, I wonder if it's original to the bike. Wooden rims are laced onto a hub which wears no brand markings at all.
Would be cool if more knowledgeable forumers provided some additional information. Here are some photos:
