Any tips on a CF USB card reader? There's so many I think I just want someone to say, "I've had this for a while, it works, hasn't broken."
Also, my Canon 400D is almost 12 years old, I almost don't want to get rid of it because it's been to many places in the world with me, I've used it to shoot at a lot of racetracks in the UK, it's survived being rained on continuously for hours at a time, and I guess I'm proud that it's been heavily used, but I'm starting to wonder if it's holding me back.
Yesterday the light was shit at Rockingham, so there was loads of noise at high ISO, I could probably do with having a much "better" zoom lens than I do now, but putting a 1k zoom lens on a body worth about £50 also makes no sense in my head.
I don't know, I've been putting it off for a while because I haven't really been using my camera so often in the last 5-6 years other than holiday travel, but my friend has just signed up for another season of racing, which means, 10 rounds of travelling around the country to racetracks again, sponsor update packs, so I started thinking about my kit again.
I've managed fine so far I guess, but I was wondering what sort of benefit I'd get by just going up to 5D Mk i?
