If you mean for a BB30 bottom bracket, then just space them - I run PF30+ axles on anything 30mm and always over standard BB30 axles - the SRAM Red on my CAAD12 is PF30+ and the ability to space properly allows better chainline and less friction; twinned with ceramic speed bearings the PF30+ run way smoother and faster than the Red BB30 Exogram cranks I used to use and are nowhere near as difficult to set up.
Also, unless you’re on a trek with a BB92 or whatever silliness they use, then there’s a BB for pretty much every bottom bracket standard that will accept a girthier length of 30mm...
